Thank you. But I imagine since it sounds like you take long walks in the outback that you won’t be huffing and puffing when you take those stairs. hmmm, I think I need more desert walks.
I am actually doing well physically, went through a patch of not exercising or bush walking, dangerous really, happier now despite the hills 🙂
Sorry you went through a bad patch. Sounds like the walking balances you mentally and physically from your writings. The beach in California used to do that for me but haven’t made the switch back in the desert. Something about the bigness of things rests the soul whether ocean or desert or sky.
Yes the everse was true for me, switch from outback to coast threw my balance. But found it again. And yes, the walking sure does balance me, well spotted. But that might aso come, I suspect, from your experience too.
